Every installation is certified and backed by the manufacturer’s extended warranty. Our Quality Assurance team is headed by a Quality Control Coordinator who’s sole responsibility is to monitor installation quality. The team consists of the engineering department that includes on-staff RCDDs and a BICSI certified training team. This group’s responsibility is to provide our clients the confidence that the installation will follow the Telecommunication Industry Standards.
